What are you wanting to shift in your life?
As a channel for healing, I follow the guidance of Spirit as I tune in intuitively and
psychically to help you gain awareness and enable you to release energy blocks that
may have been with you for eons. When you release energy blocks you are more easily
able to let go of patterns in your life that no longer serve you including the negative self-talk and
emotions that tend to bring you down. When working in Spirit, awareness and willingness are
99% of the game, and that's where I can help you!
These sessions are unscripted and rely 100% on the energy and intentions that you
come with -- for what YOU would like to release and SHIFT in your life. Each session is
completely unique.
You will join in the abundance of healing that is uniquely offered in a group setting, where each
person presents a unique healing potential for all involved. These sessions are incredibly
helpful in facilitating both energetic healing and soulful life transformation. Sessions
may include group guided meditation along with personal check-ins and facilitation.
Since I follow Spirit in the moment, it's important that you have an intention for what you would
like to release and come with that in mind. This is where the magic happens for you! If you're
not sure, that's ok. We'll explore this together!

These sessions last up to 60 minutes, depending on the number of participants and how many
of you are called to work with me directly. I will ask you for your first name, and I may ask you
share something about yourself or what you are wanting from the session. Know that I follow
Spirit's guidance, so I can't say ahead of time exactly what we will be doing or how much I may
be guided to work with you directly. It's always a lovely surprise. It depends on Spirit and on how
you show up for it -- the more you set your intention to be and receive, the more will happen for
you during the session. This is true whether I'm working with you 1:1 or someone else -- know
that you can receive a tremendous amount of healing even when Spirit has chosen to work
someone else. If you feel guided to or if you are called upon to share, I highly recommend that
you do, since this is Spirit's way of wanting to activate something for you specifically.
